Well, today marks the first of many One Direction-filled days!

Over the past month, my radio, iPod, car and cell phone have been playing nothing but 1D... and I am perfectly fine with that.  From then until now, I've also watched countless YouTube videos, radio interviews, and behine-the-scene shots of the boys.  It gives me the feeling that I know them better than what the media portrays them as. 

After spending all of my time watching and listening to them, I decided it was time to make my first website!  I showed my roommate what I have been working on for the past seven hours expecting to hear that it is the coolest idea.. only to hear that I'm "embarrassing".  It won't take her long to warm up to my new project, I'm sure :). 

I know that making a website like The One Direction Obsession is going to be a lot of work and consume a lot of time (time that should be spent studying!), but the 1D boys make it SO worth it!  Harry, Liam, Louis, Niall and Zayn seem to be the center of my attention lately anyway, so might as well turn some of the attention to all of you!

I don't even know how well this website is going to hit off, but it's worth a shot.  At the very least, I will have something else to waste my time away. besides university and working.  I think because of the extreme popularity of One Direction, I will have no problem gaining a visitor or a few.. but I need help spreading the word!

Just remember - once a Directioner, always a Directioner.
